5 wonderful weeks have passed - Denver is more and more lovely - he still loves to give kisses and hug..
Every night before going to sleep I have to pass some minutes hugging him and receiving his wet kisses... that's quite funny, he really looks forward the evening hug and play...
So, after 5 weeks, time for a history post - I selected 2 pictures of his first days and 2 pictures of today for compare...

LOL Dog
As usual, Denver is playing the angel dog - always kind, always cute... now he even learned to lower his hear and even to start to move his tail when he is really happy (rare but funny)

Happy birthday !
Happy birthday to Denver - he is now 3 month old and 4 weeks with us at home !
Already received a lot of love of this lovely doggy during this time :-)
I was expecting more problems but honestly Denver is really a wonderful baby - the only thing he absolutely requires is lots of love... and some kilos of food... He didn't destroy too many thing like I expected from a powerful baby dog - From all his toys, he still thinks that the most interesting ones are empty plastic bottles... Heidi taught him that 1 days after his arrival and still now he loves that... but I don't let him play too much with that coz it's really really noisy... especially at 1am :-p
Another funny thing I noticed is that Denver loves to hide bones... really... he first tries to dig the ground, then put his bones in the imaginary hole (human house are so unpractical...) then cover the bone with imaginary dirt - moving it slowly with his nose... really, he pushes invisible ground to cover the bone... that really funny to see...
Of course this does not really work, so Denver starts to look at the bone and bark to it... sounds like: "Gosh, it should be safe now but this bone is still visible..."
Then, he will look at me and try to hide the bone behind me... yeah... I have to do like I won't move nor see it... then usually I take the bone and say thanks... and it seems to fit Denver... I guess he is "now it's your problem to hide it..."

Hard Working Days
Yesterday (or today?) was a hard evening/night for Denver - After I came back home I had to continue to work up to 3Am... so poor Denver, he was a little bit annoyed - not easy to sleep with me typing like a hell on computer(s) [When I type on a keyboard, it sounds like a AK47...]
So today he was a little bit tired when we woke up at 7am... and for some strange reasons, he was really quite the rest of the day...

Vet day
Haa... first time Denver went to a Belgian vet...
At the begining he was a little bit anxious since it was a new place but after a while he went to say hello to people waiting... finally, after a 1h waiting he started to complain a little bit...I tend to think it was not enougth... but I cannot tell him " could you be more noisy so they will go faster" :-p
And the exact weight of Denver is now 14Kg - I start to know why I was feeling weaker faster when I hold him in my arm :-)
[I read somewhere that holding a dog proves your dominant status, so it's good... and I get nice kisses for that from him... so I have to enjoy it as much as I can, in a few weeks this will be probably impossible...]
By the way, he was quite fine with the vet itself - ok, he was not too happy when she started to push his stomach but I made him understand "don't eat the vet before she finishes, do it only when we have to pay"... so after this explanation, Denver was again nice with her...
Surprisingly, he didn't shout for the shoot itself and even eat the cookie the vet gave him... now I am curious for the next time... will he remember it, and if yes, was it a good experience or not ?
Will see, next shoot is sheduled for March :-p
And of course the photos of the day - made by my mom sooner today:

Funny - no one likes football in the house, but for some strange reason, looks like Denver loves it:

Weekversary Three
Again - my work is eating a lot of my time... and don't want to spend the rest of my free time chasing Denver with the camera - I do prefer playing with him instead...
So, another week with Denver - he is still a wonderful baby...
Anyway - since I still chase him a little bit with the camera the whole week, I still have some nice shoots :-)
Here they come:

Weekversary two
Not a lot of of update this week from me - was way too busy due to work, but today is a special day: The second weekversary of Denver !!!
This was another nice week: Denver learned to use the stairs (both ways) - do his caca pipi only on the prepared newspapers (he still think the garden has to be kept clean :-) ) , eaten a few things he thought we did not need anymore like phones, wallets, cables, boxes...
But, hard to be really angry... it's just a kid... and honestly he is really good at beeing cute... bah, probably he was right, what else do we need except this cute little puppy...
Here comes some photos so you can agree with me...
