Brain power !

Sometimes Denver can be quite funny when he starts to 'think' - See the pictures

Look what I found in the garden !

Humm - Something is blocking me...

The door is smaller now - last time I went to the garden I didn't have problems to come back...

Can you stop laughing at me ?

Ha Ha !
All problems can be solved with the correct amount of power.

In a Cage

Denver is still getting used to his cage: He actually loves it. It's his 'secret' place to hide his stuff.

He loves it so much that he even did his first rebellious movement for it: He growled when I tried to take something from it (with him inside - finally a 'male' reaction... I was so proud :-D )

Hah Hah - quick reaction on my side: I growled back and took him out quite strongly doing basic King Kong stuff [Yeah, I love doing the angry monkey, it's more funny than just shouting and Denver goes directly in 'Ooops' mode]...

Then I entered the cage and played with 'his' toys... He was like 'Oh sh!t! - please don't eat all my...euh...your bones'...

From then on, even the cat was allowed to enter his cage... Yep... Poor Denver...
For a few days we checked that the lesson was learned by taking things in the cage: So far so good - He seems to know the cage is ours - We are applying basic malamute rules: everything is ours.

Some pictures of Denver and his cage:

Home sweet home

Bones Sweet Bones,
Bottles sweet Bottles

Hum ? Denver changed a lot recently !
Note: Denver was in the cage as well less than 1 minute ago but left when I arrived with the camera...

GET OUT !
IT'S MY BLOG, IT'S ONLY FOR PICTURES OF ME !
Note: As soon as Denver saw that I was taking pictures of the cat, he started to do some show-off move..
btw, the cat was annoyed but didn't move... they are actually quite good friends, especially the part where the cat makes fun of Denver....

Delivery for Mr Denver

2 days after the online command, all our 'gifts' for Denver arrived:
  • A cage for the nights in the car.
  • A spike for garden.
  • A car safety belt for dog.
  • A first-aid kit for dog - I love to be prepared :-)
Funny thing: He knew it was something for him ! But he was not so impressed by the content... Nothing was doing kwik-kwik nor was there something easy to eat :-)
But Nuage and me were quite happy - not too expansive and really fast delivery !

So, Nuage is now training Denver to feel 'cool' in his cage - some pictures:
Yeah - I can stand in it !

Some cookies for my efforts ?

Honestly, I still prefer the sofa - it tastes better !

So Fa !

Same player shoots again...

Surprise !

Spider-Dog and a bone

We recently found a new feature of Denver.
A few day ago, I heard Nuage shouting with horror, running to Denver... I was thinking 'Oh my god, he must be eating the cat'...

What did I found out ?
Denver was proudly showing his hunter skills to Nuage, with a decent sized garden spider in his mouth !
I was 'wow, so nice !'. I was used to cats - When they see such spiders, they are also shouting and running away (I am not kidding - I do have arachnophobic cats...)

What a cool dog ! Breeders should speak more of this feature - Mala could becomes more popular than German Shepperd :-p

As usual, it was a long time we didn't give a new toy to Denver, and because he didn't destroy anything since our come-back, we offered him a new chew bone - Here comes the picture of a happy Denver doing bone commercials...

You have some cookies as well ?

I do love bones !

I really do

Actually, I am studying osteology.
My favorite part is the tasting...

Fearless

Our dear Denver is fearless.
Really..

It's late, it's dark and it's raining.
I went in the garden with him.

He went to the far end of the garden.
I cannot see him anymore.
I don't hear a lot except the slight sound of the rain.
I look at the spiders on the door.
Crawling in.
Creeping me.

I suddenly hear loud sounds.
Something heavy is running toward me.
I can nearly feel the ground shaking.
I don't see it, but I can hear it.
I see something big approaching,
Passing next to me.

Yep - That's Denver running like a hell inside... too wet, too cold, he does not want me to have the time to shout 'NO - In the garden big boy !'
Smart boy !

Here comes some pictures of our 'Daily' Denver
I am fearless !
