Of course, when we crossed this lady and her master, Denver was quite interested - Denver is always a little bit crazy when he sees a 'North dog'.
Since the master was also interested in our Denver, we let them say hello to each others.
At first we were a little unsure of the race - I mean Denver was really huge compared to her - she was smaller than Heidi.
The master told us "It's a malamute - she just lost her winter hair recently..."
Denver was quite happy - then he smelled her and noticed something was missing between her legs... and he was a little bit 'Huh ?'
On the other side, the lady was really quite interested in our baby... trying to get his attention - lying on the back, then trying to bite him a little bit, then back on the ground under his legs...
Denver was more or less cold - He was keeping himself in a dignified pause - Just putting his big pawns on her when she was lying down and became too exited... like 'I am king Denver - Thou Shalt Show Respects - We do not mate in such primitive manners...'
So much for the French lover image...
Our big boy just did a demo of his 'scratching the ground' ability - sending stones everywhere - just like he does after a peepee - but in a really stronger way.
After a while, he was totally uninterested in her - he wanted to continue the walk... Despite all her efforts to say 'Kiss me where it smells funny !'.
Now, we were expecting more 'I AM THE BOY' from Denver - some ass dancing but nope - he didn't give a damn on the indecent pose of this girl.
She was neutered recently and I am unsure if she knew it... but looks like Denver was aware.
The only thing that seems to interest Denver right now are penises... Oh god he is crazy when he sees the one of Mop.
On the other side, Heidi is 'complete' and not really aggressive when Denver checks her - but nothing, he always looks a little bit disappointed after a check, like 'too bad, it didn't grow yet'...
Honestly, when we see the reactions of Denver, we imagine some kind of a dog out of 'La Cage Aux Folles'. My wife started to nickname him 'Petit Gay' whenever he behaves too much like a precious baby.
Even if it's just our 'interpretation' of a normal dog behavior - it's still quite funny and it gives an interesting meaning to him being such a love distributor.
For the time beeing, in the family of Edeilweiss, you got a 'Grande Frite' and a 'Grande Folle' :-)
